samba - Jan 2002 - rid problems

'smbpasswd -a username' sets 8192 as rid. if i try to find that user
with net user username /DOMAIN windows tells me the username could not be found.
the samba machine logfile says:

[2002/01/22 19:36:56, 0] passdb/pdb_ldap.c:pdb_getsampwrid(752)
  We don't find this rid [2006] count=0

please help

ps: logging this user in works fine

Try the latest SAMBA_2_2 cvs.  IIRC this was an issue of expecting the rid
in decimal notation and storing it in hex.
