I'm using a Samba 2.2 binary release on a HP-UX 11.0 tointegrate to an NT 4.0 domain. Domain Controllers are SP6. Hi All, Two main questions... First : What is the status of the LSASS bug ? I just tried to create the computer account using the smbpasswd, and it seems it crashed the LSASS on an NT 4.0 - SP6 system. Some users can still access the shares, others get "invalid handle" even when trying to reconnect... Second : Are there guidelines for situations using a domain for the computers and another domain for users. I guess large corporations might have the same configuration. Divisions manage local computers and help-desk and a centralized department exists for accounts management. Having to declare the computer to a PDC that won't be the server users authenticate against seems unusual from what I've read so far... Yet, that's what needs to be done... Thanks for any pointers, ECB -------------- next part -------------- HTML attachment scrubbed and removed
