Hi, when I do "smbstatus", I have this : ... Pid DenyMode R/W Oplock Name -------------------------------------------------- 2470 DENY_WRITE RDWR NONE /export/raiddisk/mail/Boites/franck.pst Wed Jan 16 13:44:52 2002 ... and the 2470 pid does not exist yet. (This is because the PC suddenly powered off) So when I try to access this last file, the PC talk to me that file is already opened. How can I resolve this problem ? (Different solution from : - restart smbd - copy file to another name and change finally this name to have the same as the beginning ) NB: I use Windows 2000 and Samba 2.2.0 under Solaris 7. Thanks for your response Best regards Denis -- ==================~~~~~~vvvvvvvvvvv\\\\////vvvvvvvvvvv~~~~~~=================Denis Chancogne Transwitch S.A. It is fixed in 2.2.2 and further scalability fixes have been added for 2.2.3. Jeremy.
