samba - Dec 2001 - How to represent a carriage return (ASCII 13) when vetoing?

Greetings. I want to veto a filename which contains a carriage return
(the Icon? files created by Netatalk clients). How do you represent that
in the 

veto files = 

line in the global section? '\r' doesn't work.
