smbfs: can't access some directories on a mounted win2000 share
hi i've mounted with mount -t smbfs -o guest //gerlinde/c /mnt/samba a share from a win 2000 pc if i try do access some directories (for example i want do list them with "ls" or try to copy them or try to access on any other way the content of these directories) i get following error message: smb_proc_readdir_long: name=\Programme\*, result=-13, rcls=1, err=5 and it doesn't show me the content of the directory after this error ("Programme" is the directory i tried do list) some directories i can access without anyproblems... some not... but i can't see any relation beetwen the directories i can't access or between these i can access the directories doesn't content a lot of files, or files with special long file names, or large files... i tried to mount a share from a win98 pc but didn't get this or any error at all... (i didn't try to mount a share from an other win 2000 pc yet) i use samba 2.2.0 with mandrake 8.0 and kernel 2.4.3 anybody got an idea what the problem is?? thx Ronney
