Realise that thats a Pretty small netmask! 252 is (if I remember) a total
of FOUR addresses that do not need to be routed. Are you SURE thats the
correct netmask? Last time I saw the 10. addresses in use, there was a
class A subnet mask to go with it (255.0.0.0).
