samba - Jun 2000 - BUG(?): nmbd doesn't release NetBIOS name(s) on SIGTERM

nmbd doesn't release NetBIOS name(s) of the SAMBA-server on SIGTERM.
Consequently wins hook isn't called to delete the name from DNS.

Should it be considered as a bug or feature?
