samba - Mar 2000 - Samba as a Login Domain

Hi ,
I have configured Samba -2.0.5a and want to configure as a Server so that my
Win9x ;Macintosh clients can access .Which was eariler been done through Win NT.
can any one tell me is it possible to replace NT with Samba and how ??

What you need is not samba for mac access, but a package called netatalk.
Together Samba and Netatalk will give your macs and pcs access to the
server.
