I too am getting an RPC error when I try to connect to the samba server. This same server works fine when Win 95/98 clients connect. When I try to connect to the server, Windows 2000 gives me the following error message: \\Machine3 is not accessible. The remote proceedure call failed and did not execute. I am using 2.0.5a. We are using an older version of Samba at work, and Windows 2000 connects to it OK. Can anyone give me a clue? PS. A great big THANKS to Andrew, Jeremy and the rest of the Samba team! I had the same problem with Samba 2.0.5a and it disappeared with Samba pre-2.0.7 (it should also work with 2.0.6...) Regards, Antoine
