samba - Dec 1999 - Example of printing accounting?

hi,

i would like to ask about printing accounting. I have HPLaserJet 4 Plus
on the local port of samba. could someone post a working example part of
smb.conf and printcap? 

sorry, but examples in samba doc directory without explanations I could
not make working.

I am running samba in our office of 12 computers as file, print serving
for a  year. it works perfect, quite easy configurable, though i miss
very much AccessControlLists.
