samba - Sep 1999 - Problem with WIN95 clients seeing old versions of files

We have Samba 2.0.4b running here with Win95 clients that don't see changes
made to files they either browse to or access via a mapped drive. They open
a file and <sometimes> see older versions of files?? F5 or refresh in
Windows Explorer have no effect. Anyone know the answer?
