samba - Sep 1999 - Set LinuxBox's name in smb.conf

Set LinuxBox's name in smb.conf

I have run smbd+nmbd,and in smb.conf I set "netbios name = XXX" 
But I can't see XXX in win95 machine. Why?(The network is OK!)
