samba - Oct 1998 - Unix /etc/passd to NT Lan Manager ...

Hi,
I setup Samba server 1.9.18p10 on the Solaris server.
Nt Workstation is connecting fine, with clear test passwd option.
I would like to convert the whole /etc/passwd file from SOL /etc/passwd to
NT SAM database so that I don't need to manually add users.
I know that exist tool to convert NT - SAMBA style passwd.

I don't think this is possible, because this would be equivalent to
converting from /etc/passwd to smbpasswd.
This is (with today's computing power) impossible, because the two
encrypting methods are not "kompatible".
