Problem
I have installed Samba 1.9.17p4 (Running the Server as a Daemon) and have
carried out all of the steps noted in DIAGNOSIS.txt but I am unable to
connect from my NT machine
Please find below details of relevant info (if i have missed out on
anything please do not hesitate to request more)

Perhaps you are using the wrong sharename, username or password?
Some servers insist that these be in uppercase
