samba - Dec 1997 - NTDOM: merge of main-line alpha code into BRANCH_NTDOM

for those people who do not have access to cvs who want to help
double-check that the merge of 1.9.18alpha12->14 into the BRANCH_NTDOM cvs
version has been successfully done, i have checked out versions from the
cvs repository, and stored them in: 

ftp samba.anu.edu.au/pub/samba/snapshot


i am fairly certain that i've done the right cvs commands, however the
ever-paranoid may want to ignore the above files, and do the cvs
check-outs themselves :-)
