There is a little utility program for Windows 3.xx in the
"contributed" directory in the main Samba directory called fixcrlf. It
gives you an icon on the desktop that you can drop textfiles on, that
are then converted to/from crlf/cr. Maybe it works under Windows 95 or
can be adapted.
