UX enhancement - receiver verbosity should match sender verbosity
Hello, While debugging an ACL issue ( https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14267) I came across some frustrating behavior with '-v' flag where only the sender-side verbosity is increased/logged. While trying to diagnose the reported protocol error, the sender had next to no info available and I finally came across the -M flag and had to issue 'rsync -vvv -M-vvv' to get the same level of logging reported by the receiver, and discover the root cause. I would suggest the behavior of '-v/--verbose' be modified to automatically add a corresponding '-v' on the receiver, as this is likely more in line with what the user expects.
