rsync - Jul 2015 - File list size/Number of regular files transferred?

Hi All,

What does the value for "File list size" represent? Is it the number
of
files or the number of bytes?

For one of my tests the following output was produced.

Number of regular files transferred: 1
File list size: 0

Is there supposed to be any direct correlation between these 2 statistics?
