Source directory have a Korean filename(»ùÇÃ.asf).
but, could not transfer to target directory.

My RSYNC Parameter:
rsync.exe -rvz --delete --modify-window=1 --timeout=30 --partial 
192.168.101.26::test1 c:\test1
