rsync - Aug 2002 - Exclude 0 byte files

Hello!

I'm using rsync with the --update parameter. Normally this is want I want.
But there is one special case: 
I don't want to overwrite an older (non 0 byte) file with a newer 0 byte
file.

Is there a way to realize this?
