rsync - Feb 2002 - Failure in downloading -files for Win-NT from ftp.minn.net

Hi,

i would like to download the tools necessary for running rsync with NT-OS
from ftp://ftp.minn.net/usr/mmchen/ as stated in the rsync-manuals.
But unfortunately something goes wrong, ftp-connection-procedure is as
follows:

331-(----GATEWAY CONNECTED TO ftp.minn.net----)
331-(220 minn.mail.amerion.net FTP server (Version wu-2.6.1-16.7x.1) ready.)
331 Guest login ok, send your complete e-mail address as password.
Kennwort:  <-- gave in my e-mail-adress
530 Login incorrect.


Does anyone have any information about this server ?
Or has the location of these files changed ?
