rspec users - Nov 2010 - ActionController::RoutingError Assistance

Hello everyone,

I can''t seem to figure out what I''m doing wrong on this test.
I''m trying
to delete one of my models, criterion. All code can be found here,
please let me know if you need anything else! The rspec message is also

A task order can have many criterion, and a criterion can have many 
evaluations.
