Redhat secure server - Mar 2000 - Might Crash under EAPI

Having just installed Secure Server Version 3.1-2,
upon startup I receive the following message:

For each of the following modules/mod_php.so, modules/libphp3.so and
modules/libperl.so:

[warn] Loaded DSO .... uses plain Apache 1.3 API, this module
might crash under EAPI! (please recompile it with -DEAPI)

Are rpms available some where?

If, not, any recommendations on how to proceed?

This should not affect the web server, it is entered into bugzilla
(http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla) bug number 8934. Simply put the
modules are not compiled to use SSL, and it is complaining about that,
however the modules do not need to interface with SSL and therefor there
will be no problems with the functioning of the server, these messages can
be ignored.
