The Linux Applications Library (LAL) was not included in the free upgrade
to Red Hat Linux Apache/SSL 3.1. If you want the LAL, you can purchase it
from the Red Hat store at
https://www.redhat.com/commerce/more_ao_applib.html
Be sure to get the server edition, which includes the e-commerce software.
