The next cheapest apache solution for Linux in the US is Raven''s SSL
Module at $357 (they do support libc). Red Hat secure server is the
CHEAPEST apache based secure www server on the market in the US
(Apache-SSL/mod-ssl are free and will be legally usuable this time
next year if you want to wait). Just my 2 cents anyways =).
