I am using just the web server. I of course us it to take info from the 
customer. Then MiniVend and the SSLeay perl module use the server to 
contact the Authorizenet.com server. At least that''s my understanding
of
it, so I think I''m ok legally. If someone has a better understanding of
MiniVend and the Net::SSLeay perl module and knwos if I''m off base
here,
by all means, let me know.

So I''m still at my question of how to use Apache, Minivend, Net::SSLeay
perl module together.
