Rails - Oct 2004 - Problem with file-based version (TGZ and ZIP updated)

There was a small problem with the new cookie fix that caused the  
file-based version to report an error.

You can either change "module CGI" to "class CGI" in  
vendor/actionpack/lib/action_controller/support/ 
cookie_performance_fix.rb or redownload.

Note: This doesn''t affect GEM''ers.
