I just tried to upgrade from 1.6.0.0 to 1.6.0.2 with some possible
errors.
While calling Element.clonePosition where the src element is in a
fixed position div.
The first time the method is called I see an error like this :
{"name": "TypeError", "message":
"''style'' is null or not an object",
"number": -2146823281, "description":
"''style'' is null or not an
object"} and is reported at line 2252
The error only occurs the first time I call clonePosition, that is, it
works fine after the first call.

(cf. http://www.prototypejs.org/contribute) It would really help to generalize this annoying IE behavior.
