Francesco, There''s nothing out of the box in scriptaculous that does this, but a lot of the underlying capabilities are provided for you. To show the window inside a window, you simply need to create an iframe - the rest is just DHTML and event-handling code if you want to add minimize buttons etc. Depending on what you need to do, scriptaculous might be useful. The prototype window class that Surendra referred to isn''t a core prototype component. It can be found at http://prototype-window.xilinus.com . That does a lot of stuff out of the box for you. Hi. I''d like to create a webpage which emerges another one within a pop-up window but done with Ajax. I''ve found out this solution: http://orangoo.com/labs/GreyBox/ (try to click "Launch google.com in a 500x500 center window") Can this be done by using ''script.aculo.us''? I use ''script.aculo.us'' within my webpages and don''t want to load more JavaCript libraries. Thank you very much. --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Ruby on Rails: Spinoffs" group.
