Rails core - Jan 2013 - Feedback on patch allowing callbacks defined by objects to be skipped

Hey,

Looking for some feedback on this pull 
request: https://github.com/rails/rails/pull/8687. It allows you to skip 
ActiveSupport::Callbacks which are defined by objects (i.e. not methods or 
procs).
