Rails core - Jan 2011 - Patch to help devs write validators

Currently ActiveModel::Validator and ActiveModel::EachValidator
require devs to implement some methods in subclasses and use a
NotImplementedError to enforce this.

There isn''t any good text in these errors to tell the dev what needs
to happen.  I have submitted a patch to improve this text.
