Yes, patches are still accepted for most of the plugins. Some like
http_authentication are bundled already and some like localization are
completely redundant due to their features being replaced.
Submit a ticket to lighthouse and drop an email to this mailing list.
The plugins trac project doesn''t get as much attention so asking on
irc for reviewers might be a good idea.
