Rails core - Jan 2009 - [BUG] test_finds_migrations does not assert anything

Two tests in activerecord do not test anything because there is no
assert in them.
The patch in http://rails.lighthouseapp.com/projects/8994/tickets/1704
fixes it.
Can someone apply it?
