Rails core - Jan 2008 - Small rails website fix (http://dev.rubyonrails.org/ticket/7226)

Going through old, still open bugs.  This one is for a link on
http://www.rubyonrails.org/docs that points to http://www.hieraki.org/?dl=1.
That Hierarki site is now (and has been for a year) a parked site with
no content.

The ticket was closed, then reopened in case some action was going to
be taken on it. Does anyone know if someone will be updating the link?
If not, the ticket should probably be closed again.

I just tried to remove it and got a weird mephisto error, so we''ll
have to get rick to take a look at it.
