Rails core - Jul 2007 - The verified report is clean

I''ve reviewed all 97 tickets that were on the verified ticket report
(http://dev.rubyonrails.org/report/12) and checked patches, rebased a lot of
them, closed some (occasionally incorrectly, sorry about that!), and removed
a lot of verified keywords.

What is in the report now are the 6 tickets that have had three +1 comments. 
I''d really like to see those go into core, if some committer has a
spare
little while to apply them.
