Rails core - May 2006 - Missed documentation

At some README files(like root/trunk/activesupport/README) you can find links to

http://as.rubyonrails.com
http://ar.rubyonrails.com

But they no longer exists. It''s a problem with Rails website or with
Rails readme''s?
