Rails core - Dec 2005 - #2837 - [PATCH] continuous_builder doesn''t call Checkout properly

This should be an easy commit for someone.  The appropriate path isn''t
being used for Checkout.new in the continuous_builder plugin.  I may be
the only person outside the original developers to have gotten under the
hood to hack around, but I turned this up, and the patch is tiny.

The ticket''s never seen any action, so I thought maybe it just needs a
moment''s attention.
