Rails core - Nov 2005 - Testing the new Multilingual Rails plugin

I''m testing this plugin, but it seems that the
require_dependency''s
aren''t happening, even though a trace on them returns true.  For
example, the Translation and Language models aren''t included, calling
the AR class method "translates" gives undefined method, etc

I wish I had more time to figure out why,

Development mode Webrick WinXP 0.14.3 script/console
