R SIG Fedora - Aug 2024 - R-CRAN-kernlab, Certificiate 9D60CBB71A3B4456 invalid: certificate is not alive

Hi,

I tried to update my Fedora installation but update fails because both 
packages R-CRAN-kernlab and R-CRAN-tseries can not be updated (older 
versions are installed).

sudo dnf update R-CRAN-kernlab results in:
