[R-sig-Fedora] Newest glibc split makes some packages fail to build
Hi, See [1] and [2]. We need to keep an eye on what comes out from [3], because if glibc-gconv-extra is not added to the buildroot, then R-core-devel would need to put it in Requires. Otherwise, some R packages fail to build due to missing converters.
