R SIG Fedora - Jun 2016 - Unable to locate R binary by scanning standard locations

Hello,
I have installed R on redhat6.
I downloadzdbthe tar from rcran. Andnthen untar it and did:

./configure --enable-R-shlib --with-readline=no --with-x=no

Make
Make install

And added the R_home to the path.
But when executing rstudio-server verify-installation I go : unable to find
an installation of R on the system, unable to locate R binary by scanning
standard location ...

Any idea about how to fix the issue.
