Hi Ravi,
Can you try sending this again, preferably as a text (not html) email with a
little bit more attention played to formatting? Empty lines between
paragraphs help. It is currently near impossible to read this.
If it is solely a r2u matter you could also open an issue at its github repo,
issues allow you to format in markdown and formated included output verbatim.

| I don't have a problem with updating and installing ubuntu for the latter.
The problem appears to only with r2u.
