RIght before the red text there are two lines: [Workspace restored from /Users/admin/.RData] [History restored from /Users/admin/.Rapp.history] It's the first of these two, the .RData line that you want. Close R, delete that file and restart R to see if the error persists. (Since it's a file starting with a period it may not appear in a directory listing.)
