[R] "Site can't be reached"

Guys,

I'm constantly getting the "This site can?t be reached" /
"ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" error message instead of the website. My IP
is 188.214.11.251

I don't get this message on any other site. Could you help please? I would
need to download the latest R version.

The server at https://cran.r-project.org/ was down but is already up.
In cases like this, try a mirror. In Budapest, Hungary,
