[R] Error from Rcmdr when trying to make a density plot
Dear all, I am new to using Rcmdr. From the menu I chose the following : - data(Anscombe, package="car") densityPlot( ~ income, data=Anscombe, bw="SJ", adjust=1, kernel="gaussian") This gave me the following error:- [1] NOTE: R Commander Version 2.2-0: Sat Jun 4 12:32:09 2016 [2] NOTE: Rcmdr Version 2.2-0 [3] NOTE: The dataset Anscombe has 51 rows and 4 columns. Dear Peter, Many thanks. Now when i do :- library(stats) data(Anscombe, package="car") densityPlot( ~ income, data=Anscombe, bw="SJ", adjust=1, kernel="gaussian") I get the output of rug on the x axis but not kernel density graph. Also I get :- [1] NOTE: R Commander Version 2.2-0: Sat Jun 4 14:58:57 2016 [2] NOTE: Rcmdr Version 2.2-0 [3] NOTE: The dataset Anscombe has 51 rows and 4 columns.
