Thank you! I think, I got conversion working by putting just writeSTL()
after the contour3d-function (inside DrawDensity3D()).
contour3d(....)
writeSTL("Data3D.stl")
At least, the stl-file seems to open in Pleasant3D and ply-file in MeshLab.
