Get the development version and use function manova. If you are on Windows
there is a pre-release at
http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/bdr/RWin/Rpre
(check the README there). If you are on Linux/Unix you can compile it
from the CRAN sources. (Or you can get the sources and use file
src/library/base/R/manova.R and the help file
src/library/base/man/manova.Rd.)
