R help - Mar 2000 - Quadrature

Hi!

I have two one dimensional integrals. One starts from a (+,-)real number
and goes to positive infinity, the other starts from negative infinity to
a (+,-) real number.

My questions are:

1) Can I use the add on package "inegrate" which seems to be designed
for
integrals limited by real numbers?

2) If not, is there any other package that I can use?

Not really. If you know that the contribution to the integral is
negligible outside a certain region then you can trim that region off (eg
some probability densities), but the code is designed for finite boxes
