Además, buscas las columnas 3 y 4 de bosque, que solo tiene 2. distalig<-matrix (NA, nrow (lig), nrow (bosque)) for (i in 1: nrow(lig)){ for (j in 1: nrow (bosque)){ distalig[i,j]<-dist(lig[i,1],lig [i,2],bosque [j,1],bosque[j,2]) } } en cambio, "funciona". También lo hace algo así como a <- outer(lig[,1], bosque[,1], "-") b <- outer(lig[,2], bosque[,2], "-") distalig <- sqrt(a^2 + b^2) y da los mismos resultados. Un saludo, Carlos J. Hola, Aparte de los errores en tu código, la forma más fácil y eficiente que se me ocurre es emplear la función loccoords del paquete geoR. El código quedaría así: ligustro <-read.table("arboles.txt", header=T) bosquetotal<-read.table("bosquecompleto.txt", header=T) library(geoR) # ?loccoords: returns a n x N matrix with distances between data points and prediction locations. distalig <- loccoords(bosquetotal[,c('x','y')], ligustro[,c('x','y')]) Un saludo, Rubén.
