R devel - Apr 2022 - R4.2 - news item for list2DF changes?

Whilst the function documentation has been updated should there also be a short
news item for the changes to list2DF?

In 4.13 we can do:
list2DF(list(a=1, b=1:10))

but in 4.2 this will now error.

Possibly yes. Maybe also a few words on the rationale for the change. Kurt?

(If anyone has gotten into a habit of using list2DF(list) as a replacement for
data.frame(list), then it may break break their code.)
